    摘要:

    随着5G通信技术的商用和卫星通信的快速发展及技术创新,设计了一种使用“X”型隔离结构的三频二元多输入多输出(MIMO)天线。天线由两个倒置且平行放置的单元辐射贴片组成,并通过在其正面、背面加载隔离枝节来提高天线的隔离度,同时在天线背面采用开槽技术来改善天线的带宽。天线整体尺寸仅有37 mm× 25 mm×0.8 mm,实测工作频段为4.3~5.8 GHz、8.02~9.3 GHz和12.2~14.8 GHz,在工作范围内端口隔离度均优于23 dB,全频段包络相关系数(ECC)<0.03,分集增益(DG)>9.99 dB,分集性能良好,满足MIMO天线传输性能的要求。研究表明,该天线适用于5G和卫星通信系统。

    Abstract:

    Within a context of commercialization of 5G communication technology and rapid development of sat ellite communication and technological innovation, this paper presents a three-band binary MIMO antenna based on an “X”-shaped isolation structure. The antenna consists of two inverted, parallel unit radiating patches, with isola tion enhanced by loading isolation branches on both the front and back sides. A slotting technique was applied on the back of the antenna to improve bandwidth. The overall dimensions of the antenna are 37 mm×25 mm×0.8 mm, and its measured operating bands are 4.3-5.8 GHz, 8.02-9.3 GHz, and 12.2-14.8 GHz. The port isolation exceeds 23 dB within the operating range, while the full-band envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) remains below 0.03, and the diversity gain (DG) exceeds 9.99 dB, indicating excellent diversity performance. These results demonstrate that the antenna meets MIMO-antenna transmission performance requirements and is well-suited for 5G and satellite communication systems.
